Take turns reading each card aloud and sorting them into two piles based on if the behavior described would “add” or “subtract” from the energy or productivity of a group.
Work with your group to sort the behaviors in order from those you feel are most helpful to those you feel are most harmful to a group.
Self reflect and discuss with your group: which of the “adding” behaviors are strengths for you? Are there any “subtracting” behaviors you sometimes slip into? Which behavior would you like to increase or decrease? Which behaviors would you like to see more of when you are working in a group?
